How long will my order take to arrive? 

Orders are processed within 4 working days and shipped within 10 working days. If you opt in for texts, you will be alerted when your order has been shipped out.

Our standard free delivery is shipped with Royal Mail, Second Class. This means you should receive your order within 3 days of shipping. In peak season such as Christmas, this may be longer.

There are some imperfections on my decorative candles. Why is this? 

There maybe some imperfections on your candles as everything is handmade and we use natural coconut & rapeseed wax. 

Wax: Natural coconut & rapeseed wax

Wicks: Cotton Wicks

Fragrance Oil: High-quality fragrance oils

They’re vegan, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free.

Can I burn my decorative candles? 

The decorative candles are pieces to be adored and not burned. However, we understand that you might burn the candles, therefore, please read the candle care guide in your order and online here.

How can I get the best performance from my candles? 

Please trim your wick to 1/4 every time you relight your candle. Allow it to burn for 2-4 hours at time and let it set up to a solid again before you relight.
